There are two types of mindsets: Fixed Mindset and Growth Mindset. Fixed Mindset says that each of us is born with a level of intelligence and talent and that we cannot change this level. Grow Mindset says that we have the ability to increase these things through actions and effort. Sasha Rosenbaum explains how we can improve our lives by adopting a Growth Mindset.
